WHAT IS THE COST FOR A MEMBERSHIP?
These vary by location since each club is individually operated. Contact your local club or go to the Locations tab and select your gym. From there, you can view pricing for the type of membership you are inquiring about.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
We hate to see you go! You will need to contact your club directly to cancel your membership. Feel free to call or walk in during staffed hours and your club will assist you in their cancellation process. To find your club’s contact information, click here.
CAN I PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD FOR A FEW MONTHS?
Life gets busy - that's why we allow members to freeze their accounts. Contact your local club and a staff member will be able to assist you in this process.
DO YOU PROVIDE DISCOUNTS FOR SENIORS, MILITARY, OR CORPORATE DISCOUNTS?
Yes! Contact the club you are interested in joining. Click here to find the club closest to you.
HOW CAN I GET A NEW ACCESS CARD?
No worries, we got you! Your club can issue you a new card. Please contact your club during staffed hours to set up a time to get a new card. Lost cards require a $5 replacement fee, but we can change out old or worn out cards for free!
CAN I BRING A FRIEND OR PAY FOR A GUEST PASS?
Guests are allowed, but due to safety reasons, we request that your friend speak with club staff to obtain a guest pass. Check with your local gym for any guest fees. You will be charged for unauthorized visitors.
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION ON FILE?
