Treadmill - 2.5 minutes
Rowing - 2.5 minutes


Flat Barbell Bench Press—5 sets of 5 repetitions
Cable Chest Flies—3 sets of 10 repetitions
Cable Triceps Extension—1 set of AMRAP (as many reps as possible)


Complete 4 rounds of the following exercises:

Rower - 250M
Hanging Knee Raises - 5 reps
Push-ups - 10 reps
Side Medicine Ball Slams - 10 reps
