Treadmill - 2.5 minutes
Rower - 2.5 minutes


Flat Barbell Bench Press—5 sets of 5 repetitions
Dumbbell Chest Flies—3 sets of 10 repetitions
Cable Triceps Extension—1 set of AMRAP (as many reps as possible)


Complete as many rounds of the following in 12 minutes:

Rower - 250m (Max heart rate)
*45 second rest between each round
