Stationary Bike - 5 minutes


Barbell Back Squat—5 sets of 5 repetitions
Step-ups—5 sets of 10 repetitions each leg
Glute Bridge—3 sets of 10 repetitions
Leg curls—1 set AMRAP (as many reps as possible)


Farmers Carry - 5 sets of 10 yards (down and back)

Rest 60-90 seconds between sets
*Increase weight with each set
